I like the idea of the plain skulls being ugly and the painted ones beautiful but I think another angle may have produced a better shot.

The ugliest thing about this is the awful, tacky painting and the crass commercialisation

a bit too cluttered for me.... and the off to the side view makes it hard to focus on the subject.
