I like this on many levels, but I do wish there was not so much of a motion blur on his hands. Also, did you consider using a closer crop on this?

Thanks for the comments. Hummingbird, I did play around with the crop, but I wanted to convey the context in which he was "twisting", namely amongst a crowd of spectators, so left in the legs etc.

King, he is in the process of "escaping" from hand-cuffs, so shortly after this he is standing with hands in front, free of cuffs. It was at the Dance Protest Parade ending in Washington Square, New York last weekend. Did you know that establishments have to have a license in order to permit dancing of any kind in New York, and less than 300 bars/clubs etc. have one? Hence the protest. How bizarre is that?
