I had this idea as well, but have no one close to me with long hair. I wish I could see more of her hand and the hair though.

Yeah, this is nice. I had something like this in mind when I created one of submissions, but couldn't work hair into the photo. I like this very much. Stopping down just one more f-stop would probably have enhanced this as the very shallow depth of field isn't necessary, and you are losing focus on the primary subject area. High marks.
