Twisted in the extreme.

I understand why you are using the phrase Twisted, I used the colloquial application of it for my own submission, but in this case it may be a bit of a stretch.

That we should need reminders of the awful things that human beings do to one another. Because I can't seem to leave well enough alone, I'd go for a more dramatic processing here...deeper blacks, even murky. Otherwise, this is simply a documentary photograph of a memorial plaque--but not just any plaque.

I think what went on at this place was a magnitude of evil that is too far beyond "twisted" to be described that way. Too systematic and calculated. Describing it as "twisted" seems to trivialize it for me.

The words have a lot of impact, but the image, purely aesthetic qualities, doesn;t have a ton of impact.

The compostion would be better if the two bottom corners of the placcard were not cut off. Yes it would make the words smaller, but you could still read them. The cut off corners distract from them IMHO.

Interesting take on the theme. Certainly some twisted minds at play back then.

Original interpretation of the theme! Nice, but contrast could've been better.

Maximum twisted.

The fact that things like this happen is twisted in itself.
