at first I thought, "no no no, the background is wrong," but the more I look at it, the more I love it. Perfect shot.

Looks like ramen noodles,all twisty alright.

Love the idea and the framing. I wish there was more contrast though.

This is a neat idea. The background color doesn't fit very well...I think I'd like to see a bit more color or tonal contrast. It also might have helped if the pasta could be separated a bit from the background, either in distance or by casting a shadow. This is very flat.

This would have so much more impact if the background had been dark, as it is the image is kind of bland.

Against a red or other coloured mat I think would have been more powerful, but still a great shot.

Absolutely beautiful! The texture is captivating and the straw mat underneath is a very strong contrast because it is so parallel and non-twisted. Excellent!

Wow, this is a great idea. Well done. I wish there was more contrast between the matt and the spaghetti, or even closer coloration - the two tones are just far enough "off" one another that they don't work perfectly. Have you tried this in B&W?
