This is a fantastic shot! Razor sharp and very relevant. I don't think I've ever seen a swan contort and twist itself like this!!

Great take on the theme, it looks like he is dancing. Kudos for such a nice shot, it must not have been easy to take.

As you said, not an easy shot to take. But this is right out of the camera.

Very interesting image, but I'm not sure I follow how this is twisted. Technically very good, even though it's a little tightly-cropped for my taste.

as I said, not cropped at all. it was tough to frame this guy with all his moving and spinning. and I see him as being VERY twisted. most of the time, swans are graceful and calm.

@Ana: sorry, I didn't mean that I thought you had voluntarily cropped the image, just that it was unfortunate the top of the wing and a bit of the bottom were out of the frame.

I like the framing. I don't think that photos need to have every edge of every subject in them if the moment is captured properly, but I also shoot with my camera tilted diagonally on a regular basis and get crap for that. In fact my photo I'll be posting is cropped very tight.. in camera because its also an action shot :P
