Ooh, I love the detail and shadows in the tree. Black and white really helps to bring that out, and the exposure on the tree is good.

Unfortunately, the sky is distracting to me because it's so blown out, even affecting the branches of the tree. If you don't have filters to play with to help with this kind of high contrast scene, it might be better to meter for the sky and allow the foreground to be a bit dark.
