You know why this wasn't featured? See that bit of open sky along the top edge of the frame, near the right? Yeah...and you see that tiniest bit of leaf or two sticking down into the frame? That's why. A pity. This image really could have been something.

I kid, of course. To me, this is one of those images that falls into the "subtlety" rather than "impact" category. And yet it's the subtle ones that often steadily grow into something bigger than those with the immediate wallop effect. This one does that to me.
