Yeah it's soft... i put it down to leaves rustling and my crappy scanner but I have a soft spot for this particular tree so I posted anyway. Looking again the other scans from the same negative strip are sharper in the background and power lines, and I wish I'd posted the previous one instead. Maybe the tripod jiggled.

I disagree that it's overexposed, I think it's a fair compromise between not blowing out the moon too badly (and it was hazy so this is close to how it looked), and getting any detail at all in the rest of the scene. If anything I think the tonal range suffers from trying to "push" a too-thin negative when scanning.
