Cool time exposure. I kind of wish the limbs hadn't been moving, which would have made this an even more amazing shot, but you obviously couldn't control that. I still give this 5's.

Thanks! This image was captured in Long Beach, CA on a particularly cloudy and windy night. The colors are completely due to Los Angeles/Long Beach light pollution. A sad reality, but makes for a striking capture.
@Kadenajack - Interesting that you wish the limbs weren't moving, because that is one of my favorite things about this photo... I thought it made it more unique. But I understand it may add a chaotic feeling that might be "too much". I appreciate your feedback, however! Thanks for commenting.
