Cant tell what it is exactly about this image yet that makes me love it. It is endlessly interesting though.
I think the biggest challenge with this theme is composition and you naile tit. Really well done!

Feelingdave, there is neither any photoshop trick nor a form of mirror in this photo. Simply the original is a slide taken more that twenty years ago during a foggy morning, for which I have used photoshop just to reduce the foggy effect and to increase a bit the contrast. You can trust me or not, this is up to you.
