this could be a very nice one without the reflection. no polarizer used?

This is not a great shot. One thing you can do is use a Polarizer filter so that the glass is less reflective.

I know about polarizers, I just didn't have one for my point and shoot, and I was running out of time to find something to post. But in my world the presence of dinosaurs in a photograph overrides many technical flaws. :)

I like the concept of this and it is very relevant. I just wish there was not so much glare from the window.
