Relevance to the theme is obvious and the impact of the shot is strong, given the unusual display of action by these three guys. Composition seems only average to me as the subjects are centered in the image, but I don't see any leading lines, perspective, rule of thirds or similar devices of composition. Image quality is strong, with all three guys being very clear and DoF keeping the background from conflicting with the main action.
