I guess there's three diagonal shadows here, but what I notice first is the four bright sections that are defined by the shadows. That isn't unusual...human eyes tend to jump to the brightest spots in an image first and then look at everythng else ;)
There is also very noticeable "pincushion" type distortion near the top and bottom of the frame, and to a lesser extent along each side as well.
It's always a challenge to shoot brick walls with a telephoto zoom lens (what I am guessing you used) because of this. Some people even specifically photograph brick walls to check their lenses for exactly that type of distortion (and it is pretty much always going to show up). The only way around it is to assume you are going to be using just the center 75% of your image where the pincushion isn't as obvious. Not so important for other subjects, but brick walls are freakin' unforgiving in this situation ;)
