Relevance and impact are good. Subject matter is inherently interesting given their fashion statement. Composition is not special...this is pretty much a straight up shot (and I suspect you really didn't have an opportunity to stage this street shot).

I like this as a comment on the social scene. It obviously fits the theme but the composition, while competent, adds no excitement.
