I see four ducks. I understand that three of them are different, but it still doesn't really say "three" to me. I am also not a big fan of the composition. I know it can be hard to shoot animals, so you have to shoot what is in front of the camera. Nonetheless, they're just sort of standing around, and are not well spaced. The grey of the pebbles on the shore vs. the grey water is somewhat dead as well.

I think you mean the geese. But there's that other bird (pretty certain a duck not a goose) in the shot. So the first thing that hit me here was "4" birds.

Even though there's 3 Canadian geese, there's also a mallard duck in the photo. Doesn't really meet the theme, I think.
