Relevant for sure. I might have moved a little to the left and shot over the foreground guy's left shoulder to see a little better the context of the "Unexpected" guy. Love the far girl's reaction, really makes this for me. The white railing at the top could be a bit distracting, I might have been tempted to clone it out, or just crop down a bit.

A chair in the middele of a lake? Certainly unexpected. I would have prefered a cleaner composition, the partial obscuring by the spectators pulls the impact of the shot
