Very funny capture. I was surprised and found the image unexpected for sure. The get-up the dog is wearing made me question its purpose however.

Is it underwear? If so, why?

Is it a diaper? But then why the "poop" hole?

Is it a pad to prevent mating if the animal is in heat? But if so, how does the animal relieve itself of liquid wastes?

I will be curious to hear more.
