I had never seen anything like this, nor I had I thought it was something that was "all over the place."

I think stencil art is fairly ubiquitous, but I hadnt seen this particular one before. in fact I didnt even recognise Ronald and Hamburglar, I thought it was a clown and soldier image, in an anti-globalisation sort of a way.
