This is so busy that your "Unexpected" moment is sorta lost. I might have cropped this at the window frame and lost all that on the right.

At first I did not like this image. I thought the fellow cutting the hair had an annoying, "smarmy" expression on his face. But then I kept looking.... and noticed the person was cutting hair in a BANK!!! Then I kept looking, damn, the fellow was wearing a skirt.... and then finally.... there was another image of the hair cutting fellow.... and I realized it was a poster.

This was definitely UNEXPECTED! I have transformed from not liking the picture to finding it exceptionally creative and wonderful!

I'm not getting the relevance here. Banks have "reduce your mortgage" promotions all the time. It would be more unexpected if they didn't!
