Certainly relevant. I think have the cop and the car in front of the "event" detracts from the impact/interest of the "Unexpected"...IMHO.

Its quite a flat image overall. Im guessing there was no pp done. Ive given it high relevance, looks like he's going for his gun to me - is he protecting the leaking water?

@ stolenlife: i took this with my 1 mp camera, not much i can do with pp. actually he's adjusting radio volume because of the noise from the water. his gun is on his right

AJ if you step to your left about 10 or 15 steps you could shoot past the cop car and see the water more...
