Entirely real - I have 2 others of him in different poses. Shot at an American Otter sanctuary.

The wow value for me comes in the fact that you got this close and got this capture, he almost looks like he is telling you a secret. Great photo, I like the lighting on his face.

Dave_Mac: The relevance was in his expression. Don't think its often you see an otter looking somewhat "human" like, which is why I saw it as unexpected :)
