Maybe if we knew where this was it might fit the theme. 'Unexpected' relies totally on context doesn't it?

@Zorilla: This is different, it's unique...and since you don't know what it is, I think is makes you ask "What??". To me, that equals relevance to this theme on all counts.

I am thinking I do not get this image. Why is it unexpected? Is there something I do not realize about the "universal" sign on the right? I apologize if I should get this, but to me all this says is that the left hand sign is allowing carriages, and the right hand side has been removed or obliterated somehow.
