This is a fine subject. I like the placement of the dock in the frame. The horizon is crooked and takes away a lot of the impact and technical merit of the image.

Never knowing the skill level of the person posting the shot, I will offer what I think is an easy way to straighten a horizon. In Photoshop in the tools palette under the eyedropper is the measure tool. Use this to draw a line along the horizon. Then go to Image > Rotate Canvas > Arbitrary. You'll have to do some cropping to complete the edit, but that is all there is to it.

If your Photoshop skills are above this, or you don't use Photoshop, my apologies for taking so much time/space to offer my suggestion.

Thank you for your comments. But if you take 1 minute longer to look at the actual picture, the Horizon is not crooked. It is actually curving back as this nothing but a big pond and that is why it looks kind of crooked. This is photoshop 101 and it was just out of place.
