Great interpretation of theme. I just wish the photo was stronger.

Definitely a startling END moment. The harsh highlights and shadows are really distracting. It might be better in black and white.

I find this completely relevant and the harsh lighting is gritty and may be fitting to the scene but I wish there was more intimacy to the image and detail in the shadows. That bright white sky adds nothing to the story the image should be telling. Still I completely respect the moment.

Good relevance but the shot doesn't do anything for me however I suspect you probably had issues with getting photo's due to the moment..
