Good capture. Was this staged or was it something you just happened to witness? You got the DOF just right I think.

This is way too posed to fir into "The Decisive Moment", but a fun shot nonetheless

Delineated said 881 days ago:

It's not posed at all. The whole thing happened in a matter of 10seconds. I saw him climb up, grabbed my camera and didn't even have time to change my settings...he looked up at me, I shot it, he jumped down. I don't know him. :) However, I could see how one would think that.

At last, a solution to crowded commuter trains in London!

It's a very unusual photograph but I suspect Cartier-Bresson would have captured the startled reactions of fellow passengers too. That's what I'd really like to see here. Still, nicely caught - I feel a little dizzy ;o)

Good caputre! I am confused as to relevance to the theme however. To me I am not finding it decisive... instead, I find it "acting silly and goofy". Again, the image is striking though!

My gosh I can see a broken leg in the future

There is a testament to the human spirit in this image (namely, FUN!) that to me speaks to "decisive moment." It's a shame his toes are chopped off. Makes my spine tingle, and too bad we don't see the expression of any of the other passengers taking in this bus-bound gymnast.
