I really like the photograph a great deal! For me, the idea of the "Decisive Moment" is still something I am grappling with, so I am not sure how to view the relevance. I have been looking at images by Bresson and am not even sure I am "getting" his meaning for use in this theme. So, overall... EXCELLENT! And I averaged all your other very high scores to pick the relevance score because I could not discern what to pick for relevance.

Lovely - many would have been tempted to change this to b/w, I'm glad you didn't. Great capture.
On a quality note - I can see colour halos, mainly on the man in white with his back to us. Over sharpening or lens issues? Don't know your equipment though, so I haven't marked too low on that score.
