This might fit the dramatic portrait theme quite nicely, but without the context of her surroundings there really is no story other than what I can imagine. It is a lovely image, though I might have cropped it a bit tighter, as the fellow on the left draws my eye away from her.

You're right... I needed to show more context to get the decisive moment part. It's a wedding procession at a really posh temple in Harajuku, Tokyo (called Meiji). She's the bride and the fellow on the left is the groom.
