this also hits the mark of decisive moment. the poodle hair on the dog and lady is great, especially that the dog is looking at her. id have cropped the bottom off more though, to give more focus to them. i get a little lost with all that black pavement on the bottom. but a great image nonetheless.

This is an interesting shot, but for me doesn't tell much of a story, which I think is a big part of the theme. The dog really seems to be giving the pedestrian a longing look, but is a bit small in the overall image to appreciate too much.

the story as i see it is one of unrealized love. the chauffeur dog, who is driving his passenger into the future perhaps in quite a hurry, gazes longingly at his perfect match. she is oblivious of his interest as she walks headlong into the abyss. she should look over her shoulder, their eyes should meet, their love be realized. instead, a moment is lost forever. so, the moral is to stop look and listen! sieze the day! opportunity for love is all around.
