I think this is what they were looking for! 5 on relevance, definitely.

Too bad that car wasn't just a little bit further along so that the couple was more centered in the bright area....but that's asking for something nearly impossible. This is fantastic as-is.

I don't get a strong feeling of relevance here. Do you feel it's decisive because you, the photographer, had to be quick at capturing this composition? The composition is pleasing, though it would have been nice to see more of the woman, which of course if the car in fact was moving would be tricky to get.
