I really like this. I think it would have been better if you straightened the photo.

This photo might be tied together better if all the people were looking at the same thing. The guy pushing the wheelchair isn't really part of this photo, because his attention is somewhere else.

Maybe if it was cropped down the middle, so that we only see the people on the right? That might be a simpler and clearer statement to make.

Of course, I could be missing something obvious here... I'm interested to see what the other commenters had to say.
