The image would be better if the hand was in a better pose and not a claw.

I wish the nails were more the prominent subject, the hand seems to over power them. This would have been stronger if you had lost the arm somehow and just had the hand in the light.

Great detail on the finger-nail art, the lighting is a little tough with the flash though.

maybe a close up on one nail would have increased the relevance of the shot. This is more about the gesture/pose than the textures.

Skin texture is obvious and clear.
But I am drawn to those bright blue works of art on the nails,they seem to have a raised texture to them as well.
