This is more about the scenery than 'texture.' Wonderful shot, though!

Nice landscape, doesn't really play in the theme for me. The cropping at the top of frame is tight and restrictive, let's see a little sky.

Nice mountain image. It is so overwhelming, however, that it does not yell out "texture" to me, but something far more tranquil and serene.

Thanks for the comments. I was a bit unsure of whether to submit this, but I figured I'd go for a long shot and submit it due to the large-scale texture of the mountains.
@Beamer: I cut off the sky in-camera due to a lack of clouds. The sky was really uninteresting.
