You've taken a simple texture and made it interesting by including some minor but very effective details. I love the box and the lines, of course but middle section (not sure what it is exactly) just makes the abstract for me. And to top it all off, the textures just jump out at you. High marks and well done.

This is one of the better wood texture shots I've seen. It is really nicely composed. The wood looks burnt.
