Nice showing of the baby feeling texture. I enjoy the image greatly. If somehow the textural part were more prominent I think it would be even greater.

I'm not 'getting' the relevance on this one and I've returned to it several times before commenting. Perhaps it is the smooth texture of a toddler's skin compared to the textures of the upholstery, but the relevance of it is not that strong. Also from a technical point, this image would benefit greatly from more contrast and an adjustment of the white balance.

This is so about that baby..even though there are textures visible.

I love the lighting and the fine detail but this feels more like a portrait to me than texture. On the other hand, the placement of the hands does make this image relevant in a unique way.

This is another image where, while there is very good texture, the texture is not the focus of the image, the child is.

What a sweet little baby. So cute! I would love to give this one really high marks for sweetness, it just doesn't seem like a good choice for the theme.
