I like the image, its nicely done and the water puts it on theme. I have two issues with it - the breakwater cuts through the frame, without adding to the shot. Also a longer dof would have brought the lit buildings into focus, which Id prefer

I would have liked to see more of the softness. The background looks fuzzy, not out of focus and is distracting.
