I bet that does feel soft. The harsh light and colours take away from the soft feel.

This is nice, I wish i could see more of her face. The softest part of the hat is mostly out of focus.

Ha ha, what a fashion statement. Very relevant to the theme too. I even like that the highlights are too bright. I think it works well with the high contrasting tones and the sassy nature of the photograph. Very well done.
