I think that this would be more at home in the selective focus section, but its an interesting capture. Seems slightly dull to me and I would prefer more contrast.

I don't see the connection to the silhoutte theme.

Selective focus is cool even though I don't see the need for it. Coloring is fitting.
The compression is extremely visible with the water(don't know if this is due to the system).

I see that the theme was sorta missed. You could take the shadow of the bridge...but that's not what hits you in the eye...sry
