This is really a neat photograph and I like the intensity of the orange.

My least favorite kind of advise to give is "cropping" advice. First, I do think it is important to balance the cropping of the vertical shadow just like you did. However, I do think the image would have a bit more impact if the top and bottom were equally cropped a bit more, not a lot, just a little bit.

The noise: It appears to be color noise and the more I look at the image the less it bothers me, but that's really a personal preference. If it's intentional, then I'd leave it as is. If not, I'd at least experiment with reducing it or taking it out altogether. In fact, I wouldn't mind seeing this photo with a much finer noise grain.

With that said, it is overall a very good image with at least above average impact, and I definitely like it.
