Too many strong lines are fighting for my attention at the same time. One of the figure is somehow lost within one of the vertical lines as well. I noticed that the sky is plagued with so much noise given that it's in the highlights of the photo? Did you do any other post processing to have cause that?

The grain doesn't do it for me, but then... why should that matter to you? ;^)

I really like this shot. I think it would have been better had the person in front not been obscured by the vertical element.

Junjie - That's not noise, it's grain from the film. My workflow typically is to scan the negative, crop if necessary, adjust levels, and resize.
