Not sure what you're focusing on, the depth of field indicates the stained glass or the light fixture above. My preference would be the man, but regardless it's a very nice shot. Great perspective.

Not quite silhouetty enough for me. With that said, I love the color and tone. It's perfect for this subject.

it seems that your subject is soft and overall quality isn't quite there. it bothers me that he's not centered in the window. the light is nice. a situation with much potential.
