Through the silence I can just hear my paddle cutting through the water, with droplets falling back into the lake as I go for my next stoke. Serene, beautiful, perfect match to the theme.

If I could rate this one, I would give it straight 5's. What a totally stunning composition.

What makes it all-the-more amazing is that it looks like it was shot from IN the boat, yet the water surface remains glass-still. That is a real feat to accomplish.

I avoided comenting on this for so long, because there were already so many, but I keep coming back to this photo.
My favorite of this theme. Just amazing! The stillness is palpable and I love the tone in the colour of the canoe.
This image is one of the very few I would hang this on my wall.

Pristine and prefectly calm water ! It must have been very silent for the water to be so still and for you to be able to get this shot. I can imagine the sound of the camera shutter as being the only sound to break the silence in this scene ! Congratulation.
