If it weren't for the addition of the stained glass above the doorway, I'd wonder about the relevance to the theme, but that makes it perfect.

Thanks folks. One of my favourite photo's, it's from The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at the Australian War Memorial and one of those places with a hushed silence.

I agree with Georg, it has a definite "walk toward the light" after-death feel to it. And the composition is awesome as is usually the case for your images.
