Nice idea but I don't like the composition. We can barely see the expression on the man's face, which I understand to be the "subject" of the photo. Also, the reflection on the windows and the cut elements on the left and up parts distract the attention without really bringing anything, imho. I would definitely crop it.
Have you tried B&W for this shot?

i can see where you were trying to show silence...but the pic still has too much motion in my point of view...
