Relevance to theme too obvious, picture seems out of focus and washed out. I do however like the placement.

I really like what you have attempted to do here. For me an image like this needs to be razor sharp with everything in crystal clear focus. Also the hues of the image needs to be very smooth with the red of the lips accentuated.
