The blur is due to a lens called a Lens Baby. It gives you only a small "sweet spot" of focus, and allows you to bend it toward a focal point of choice. I guess you're right though, there's definitely a sense of motion as the view gets directed up to the tomb.

the dizzying effect actually makes this 'noisy' to me. It gives it motion. I like the effect a lot, but it seems to lessen the relevance for this particular theme.

what should've been a silent place kinda looks kinda noisy or in motion i would say....too much going on...there on the sides...otherwise nice take.

Nice usage of the blur effect, also interesting: intense color of the tree in the center. But also due to the blur effect, the photos does not feel like "silence" to me. There's some kind of motion in the picture instead of silence, I think.
