Well, one this is sure: this is a perfectly exposed shot. You've got details in the dark sleeve on the right lower corner while still not blowing out the baby's skin. For my taste it is simply a shot of a child - it is framed so tightly that I have no context. As a parent I can see how it is always fun to have good pics of the kids though. It's why we buy all that expensive gear, after all ;-)

This is an image that definately illustrates silence in the most innocent way. Great composition.
