the first thing that jumped out to me was that sign, the bench, the water and the boat. The composition is too busy for me.

I'm not really sure if the photo suits the theme. The waves don't seem silent at all.
But the composition is very nice and I like the sepia tones.

I get the feeling it may have been peaceful there but not a lot of silence with the crashing waves....I like the image though...I like the tone you have applied very much
