Very nice shot. I'm ambivalent about the falling snow and may have gotten rid of it. But then I may have gone back to the original because I think it adds something--it reinforces the idea the sign presents, that there will be no swimming today.
High marks from me.

Ha! I'd think it's a little cold for swimming right now. Really like the colors and the snowflakes!

Judging by the weather, I don't think anyone would want to go for a swim anyway. Really nice and atmospheric shot.

What I like here most is the blue tones and I'm quite sure it would have been better with a different framing (the sigh not so centered..), that said it's a cool image and I also like to see the snow falling gently down..

It's another than falls foul of putting the subject smack bang in the centre though. Sometimes this works really well. Most times it doesn't, though.
