Cool lines and color contrast -- but i think it would work better framed in square !!
(the bottom of the image doesn't bring anything interesting..)

@JIMJIM...I think you're right. It should have shown more or less building - not this sort of in between.

@Lemmingstone...yes, it's Paris. France and Spain are big on neon :-)
